How The Universe, Aka You, Communicates With You

The universe is always speaking to us in this game of life. We just need to tune into the right frequency to hear it.

There is one thing I’m certain of in my spiritual journey: the universe is always trying to communicate with you and guide you.

It’s like when someone is speaking to you in another language — you recognise they’re trying to communicate with you, but until you learn the language they’re speaking, everything will be lost in translation. In the same way, we can begin to learn the language of our universe in order to tune in and actually understand what is being said.

There are a few fundamental principles to first note:

• We are in a simulation, or matrix, whereby everything you are experiencing with your five senses (touch, taste, sight, smell, sound) is just a sensory experience. Everything is simply energy. This means that though everything you are sensing is real, it’s not real at the same time.
• Any energy can be manipulated as a form of communication — this means solid objects, digital sources (i.e. AI, technology), nature, humans, the list goes on.
• Your intuition is the most “real” thing about this experience. People think that the physical world we live in comes first before spirituality because it’s tangible and…
