Your Spiritual Breakfast: Do These 5 Things Every Morning
Like any meal, you can choose to have a healthy one to better your day, or an unhealthy one that promises to disrupt your day.
Today, I woke up feeling emotionally, mentally and spiritually turbulent.
Just like brushing your teeth, drinking your coffee and going for your workout, your spiritual essence needs daily hygiene practices too.
So, each morning do these things (if you can) to ensure you have an enlightened and spiritually connected day:
1. Try to sit somewhere that you can see nature as you drink your morning coffee
For me, I dedicate the first hour of my morning sitting outside, drinking coffee and patting my animals. No matter how tumultuous I’m feeling inside, this can help me to feel calm and grounded. This is the first step to being able to get back into frequency with the spirit world.
2. Hug a loved one
This can be your partner, your family, friends or pets. Though this sounds silly, it helps recenter you. Love is a universal language across the universe. It’s the only language that can cross all dimensions. So feel the love, and I guarantee it’ll help.
